NAGORIE

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026

NAGORIE is a platform for keeping real moments. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. They are written plainly because you should be able to read them without a lawyer.

Who can use NAGORIE

You must be at least 13 years old to create a NAGORIE account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian. One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

Your content

Everything you post on NAGORIE belongs to you. Your drops, your photos, your voice notes, your Echoes. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By posting, you give NAGORIE a limited licence to store and display your content to the people you choose to share it with — your Circle, or anonymously on Ripple if you opt in. We do not use your content for advertising, model training, or any purpose beyond running the product.

You are responsible for what you post. You confirm that you have the right to share any photo, voice note, or text you upload, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

What you agree not to do

NAGORIE is a quiet place. The following are not allowed:

Witnessing and your Circle

Witnessing is the only social action on NAGORIE. It is always mutual — both people choose each other. Your Circle is capped at 150 people and cannot be made public. These are structural constraints, not settings. They exist to protect the kind of platform NAGORIE is and will remain.

What NAGORIE can do

We may remove content that violates these terms or harms other users. We may suspend or permanently close accounts that repeatedly violate these terms or that engage in behaviour that damages the platform or its community.

If we need to close NAGORIE or make significant changes to these terms, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email and provide a full export of your data. Your memories will not disappear without warning.

No warranty

NAGORIE is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running reliably but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAGORIE’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to NAGORIE in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of NAGORIE after that date means you accept the updated terms. You can always find the current version at nagorie.com/terms.
